"After surviving a motorcycle accident that left me with a traumatic brain injury, finding a stable place to live wasn’t easy. Oasis has been my home for nearly three years now. It’s given me the support and peace of mind I needed to focus on the things that bring me joy—like getting a new bike, joining a bowling team, and learning how to build model airplanes."
"After the passing of my husband of 40 years, I found myself facing life alone and without stable housing. Since joining the Oasis community, I’ve regained a sense of purpose and peace. I’ve returned to the things I love—knitting, sewing, and visiting nursing homes to bring comfort to others. Being here has truly helped me heal and give back.
"Before coming to Oasis, I didn’t have much family support or a strong community to lean on. Since joining the program, I’ve found stability and purpose. I now work at a local hardware store and finally have a place to call home. Each day, I’m committed to moving forward—maintaining a healthy work-life balance, staying connected to community, and continuing to build a better future."
